Trailrock ("Trailrock," "we," "us," or "our") provides enterprise transformation consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect through trailrock.com, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit the contact form, request a conversation, or apply for a role, we collect what you give us: name, company, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. This is gathered through server logs and, where enabled, privacy-conscious analytics tooling.
Cookies. We use a limited number of cookies for essential site functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective clients
- Evaluate candidates who apply for open positions
- Operate, secure, and improve the site
- Meet legal and contractual obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, email delivery, form processing), under obligations that limit their use of it to providing that service, and when required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
Data retention
We retain contact and applicant information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@trailrock.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. See Security Practices for more detail on how Trailrock approaches security generally.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
